Advanced Trenchless is a leader in cured in place pipe rehabilitation solutions. It is now possible to completely reline and replace your pipes without the mess and demolition of traditional methods. Wherever possible, Advanced Trenchless will work to save you from these methods that can include ground breaking excavation. The major reason that people are currently repairing their pipes today are: 1) To prevent costly ,destructive sewer backups 2) to safeguard against future backups and sewer failures 3) to prevent loss of drainage ability 4) to stop or prevent ground contamination and home leakage 5) to protect your insurance and your wallet from expensive insurance claims and higher premiums Here’s How Pipe Relining Works: 1) First we investigate the lines using the latest in scoping cameras and cleaning equipment. This will help us determine what the best course of action may be for you. At Advanced Trenchless, all of our work is 100% transparent to you, our valued customer. This means that we share all of your video and photo information so that you can advise us on the solution that serves you best. Basically, we scope your lines and offer the options for the methods of repair, and allow you to compare and decide. At no time are you under any obligation to buy from us or to hire us. Of course we do charge for the camera work and/or pipe cleaning work but if you do decide to hire us, and we hope that you will, the cost of your inspection is included in your replacement costs.
2) Your pipe was an acceptable candidate for pipe relining. You have wisely chosen to reline that pipe and install a brand new, cured in place pipe within the existing line.
Since you want to avoid ground breaking excavation, you have also chosen pipe relining as your method. NOW WE TALK ABOUT HOW WE DO IT... 3) When we are getting ready to reline your pipe, we start by re-televising the pipe and perform a pre-video. Since our initial video was for evaluation purposes, the next video provides exact measurements and details that we need to build your cured in place pipe. 4) At this stage we are custom fabricating a new liner that is size and dimension specific to your pipe requirements. The exacting nature of our methodologies ensures an average diameter reduction of only 4 millimeters as an average roughly the thickness of a couple of twoonies. Your new pipe will be cured under pressure to ensure a tight and constant fit within science and research on CIPP has proven that CIPP will actually improved the flow of liquid in your pipes by up to 30%. 5)We then manufacture you liner and mix our two part epoxy – back at the shop, in a controlled quality controlled environment, Upon completing the fabrication of your liner we then impregnate the material with the mixed epoxy resin. Here’s where we use our proprietary technologies to make sure that your new cured in place pipe is going to be 100% reliable, quality, and trouble-free. What’s more, at Advanced Trenchless, we GUARANTEE IT. We offer our 10 year transferable warranty or a lifetime for the original home owner and purchaser. 6) Now, back at the job site, we string in a winch line through the main to the nearest manhole where we set up a winch as a means to pull in the liner. This will allow us to position it within the lateral while allowing us to install it from your existing clean out without excavation. This gives us a pull in point to connect to our liner from the clean out to the winch cable where we then pull the liner in its soft flexible uncured state within your pipe to our exact points that we need to start and stop the liner.. From there, the liner is pulled in to its pre-marked start and stop points. Once in place, we use heat and pressure to round out an create the thermal reaction to cure the resin and transform it into a hardened plastic permanent pipe. Once the resin sets in place, we remove the installation materials and your new seamless jointless pipe is ready for use.
7) DON’T FORGET – You now have a seamless, joint-less epoxy resin enhanced CIPP pipe that is as good if not better then new. The new pipe is designed and engineered for a minimum 50 year sewer life our products have been designed and tested to exceed specifications for any new pipe installations and are capable of being used on there own without any other host pipe to support it.. We follow up with a recorded post video upon cleanup and provide videos of before and after videos on CD or DVD for your records along with the written warranty.
This is essential because if you decide to sell your home, you can transfer the warranty and the copies of this video to the new owners. This enhances the value of your home and saves you harmless from liabilities since you have made full disclosure.
